Status of IEEE Press

• 6/04 IEEE PSPB recommended to the IEEE BoD to
  discontinue the printed book program when Wiley
  copublishing contract ends in 2/05. IEEE BoD
  tabled the recommendation.
• 11/04 PSPB reconsidered decision IEEE Press
  must develop strategic plan to break even by
  2008.

• Proposal Development (oversee proposal review
  process) - 1 royalty
• Technical Development (oversee manuscript review
