Asset Management Status Attachment R

• Q15 Attachment R submitted
• Alterion Certifications obtained for all
  equipment except the PC Premium
• Q15 summary
• PC desktops meet or exceed rating standards
• Lightweight laptop is below the rating standard,
  but is highest available on the survey
• Brand new PC Premium to Alterion next week
• Apple Desktop line-up changed by Apple
• Only Dual Processor units are available now
• ODIN has some of the certified desktops in stock,
  new orders will be for the new 867 Dual Processor
  units
• Q14 ends September 12 Q15 starts September 13,
  2002

Asset Management Provance? Status

• Provance? 3.2 Maintenance Release M05
• Maintenance release M05 testing completed
• Quick Release QR23 will correct several problems
• Installation of M05 plus QR23 on our Production
  system is scheduled for this coming weekend,
  August 24
• We recently held a Webcast Training session to
  train our field site teams on how to use the new
  Approval Workflow capability

Asset Management ODIN Catalog Status

• ACS-10 M01 testing completed
• Awaiting a time estimate for the correction of
  one defect from Provance
• Has been tested by ACS field sites no major
  issues were reported
• Examples of new functionality in ACS-10

IntelliCenter Status

• Remedy Automation
• We've established links between Remedy and
  customer satisfaction forms (Ames form to be
  completed by end of month). Link provides
  customer with additional data on the service
  being rated
• Redesign underway to improve problem recording,
  resolution, and closure processes. Expect to
  implement new capability on October 1
• Improve Overall Help Desk Operation and
  Efficiency
• To supplement our backup solution, we've added a
  "hot" backup capability using Remedy's
  replication product. Should the primary server
  fail, we'll be able to cut over to the "hot"
  server and continue operations with no loss of
  data
• We're implementing a remote capability, using
  OfficeLink's Teletone product in conjunction with
  our ACD, to allow agents to work from any
  location if there is a disruption at the IC
  facility
• TTY capability expected to be operational by the
  end of August
• Our agents are now required to hold Microsoft
  Office User Specialist (MOUS) certifications

• Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Implemented modified survey at LaRC
• Completed auto-population of customer data in all
  surveys, except Ames (first and last name)
• Ames to be completed by mid-September
• Section 508 (Website Compliance)
• ODIN GSFC to be brought online mid-September
• Carl Eberline and Von Jenkins have taken an
  action to request NASA ODIN Contracting Officer
  to respond to the info below regarding compliance
  dates
• Request for information from DOCOTRs and PMs
• Assume compliance dates for Code R equate to
  start of DO-2
• What is reporting mechanism
• Who is point-of-contact
• Process for exception consideration (universal or
  unique Center process)
• Process for reporting undue burden (universal or
  unique Center process)
