  • When you train your bones get stronger due to the
    increase of stress put on them.

    bone disease).

  • It makes ligaments stronger.
  • Thicken cartilage so they can absorb the shock
    better.
  • Stretching increases the range of movement at a
    joint and helps the muscles contract more
    strongly.
