2Click on Web for Faculty(under Academics)
3Follow Login Directions
4Click on Faculty Services
5Click on Final Grades
6Select Spring 2006 TermClick on Submit
7Select Course for grading(The courses listed are
the courses you are reported as teaching in
Banner)Click on Submit
8The Course information is shown- you will need
to scroll down to see list and click to select
grades
9Select Grade from Drop-Down Menu (the full names
will appear- on your class list---I erased to
protect FERPA rights) PLEASE ENTER A GRADE FOR
EACH STUDENT.
10If a student is receiving a FA grade you will
need to enter the last date of attendance
MM/DD/YYYY-DO NOT ENTER ATTENDANCE HOURS. After
entering ALL grades click on Submit button-if
you have more than 25 students in your
course-make sure to continue entering grades on
the next page by clicking on the next Record
Set 25-32.
11Were grades saved successfully? If you entered a
grade of FA and the last date of attendance, when
you hit Submit you will receive the message
Student has not withdrawn from the class. You
will not receive the message that your grades
were saved successfully. As long as youhit
Submit, your grades will be saved successfully.
12- To make sure your grades were saved successfully
or to correct a grade that was entered
incorrectly after hitting the Submit button,
click on CRNSelection and choose that same
CRN.Click on Submit, then on Final Gradesand
the class list will appear with thegrades you
entered.
13- Can I make changes?
- During your grade entry period, you can go
back and change a grade. Once the 1200 p.m.
deadline is reached, you will no longer be able
to make changes.
Remember to EXIT and LOG OUT when finished.
