serving 100 national needs - major schemes needs to be monitored no
results, no financing - for small schemes and minor activities impact
assessment is enough - Total government expenditure on EAs and VAs is
approx. 4 M/a - - 200.000 (5 ) is spent annually on
monitoring and reporting - Are these monitoring systems in compliance with
the Annex IV ? - full scale onsite third-party verification for
EAs would cost roughly 12 M/a - (based on the 24 MV costs still acceptable
