• This is Step One of the campaign to stop bullying
  at work
• Bullying will not be wiped out overnight and one
  person in a workplace cannot do it alone,
  therefore we all need to join this campaign to
  make our workplaces bully free.
• If you want to get involved in this campaign this
  toolkit will help you and your workplace.
• Remember, your union cant do all this on its own
  it has to have support from people at work just
  like you.
