PDO Drivers are required to be a minimum of 21
years of age
The driver of this vehicle was only 18 years of
age when it rolled over and killed a passenger.
He had held a PDO driving permit for only two
days before the accident occurred.

Standard (RAS) - All vehicles in PDO operations
must be RAS-certified !!!

PDO Seat Belt Rule
All passengers in every vehicle must wear their
seat belt. This includes passengers in the rear
seats. Unrestrained rear seat passengers turn
into missiles in collisions. This includes
children.
