4 Heating / Air Conditioning
The heating system is now on
If you have no heat, call the office for a no heat service order.
Air Conditioning will not available mid to late April 2007 based on weather and Board direction. It cannot be turned on sooner.
Once the air conditioning is on, the heating will not be available until Fall 2007.

All units in a stairwell should be treated on the same day
Remove and recycle all paper bags from your unit. Cockroaches and their eggs may be brought home in paper bags
Empty garbage containers EVERY day
Do not leave dirty dishes or cooking utensils out overnight. Good housekeeping is very important!

Nothing may be stored in any stairwell, including bicycles, boxes, trash or recycling items
Only normal patio items may be kept on balconies and patios. No boxes, indoor furniture, motorcycles (!), brooms, mops and tools, nothing over the railings to dry!
Children may not play in the streets!
Back-in Parking is NOT ALLOWED

Comcast Cable TV is now included in the monthly assessment sent to all owners

Only electric grills may be used and stored on balconies and patios no extension cords!
Gas and charcoal grills MAY NOT be used or stored on any patio or balcony at any time use them 15 feet away from the buildings
Gas containers may NEVER be stored in any unit, storage room or on a balcony or patio
