Objectives

• Develop a dept collection tool for a Snap On
  dealer.
• Create a database that will consist of customers
  personal information and history payment
  information
• Create an password protected application that
  would be able to add, delete, update, print, and
  view overdue accounts.
• The application will generate a fix output letter
  that will contain information regarding the
  balance due for the accounts holder. In
  addition, the program will generate address
  labels for the user.
