The new 150V and 200V MOSFETs are targeted for
hard switched and/or high frequency circuits such
as SMPS, UPS and Inverters. These parts offer
very low gate charge (Qg) and are therefore
optimized for fast switching circuits where
switching losses are critical. These parts offer
the best price and performance combination in the
market and are available in TO-220, D2PAK,
TO-262, DPAK and IPAK.

• Advantages
• The devices are optimized to offer very low gate
  charge (Qg) and are therefore targeted for any
  application where low input capacitance and low
  gate drive are needed.
• The devices are suitable as a primary switch for
  isolated DC/DC converters for telecom, or driving
  light load efficiency in any advanced DC/DC
