Accreditation and Certification Program - Partnership between DHS and the private sector

non-profit organizations and universities) to
receive emergency preparedness certification from
a DHS accreditation system - Accreditation system created in coordination with
the private sector

party certification) - DHS maintain a listing of certified public
entities and make public a list of consenting
