Catanias new Delvotec 6400

• We are quite happy with our new (well, used,
  rented) Delvotec 6400
• Modules bonded so far with this machine 81
• Reliability excellent
• Machine failure rate zero
• Bonding failures 2 failure to stick even after
  multiple attempts
• PHL- (DEAD) channels zero so far
• Quality now satisfactory
• At previous Meeting I said that about bond
  parameters we were still experimenting and that
  in general
• There seemed to by a narrower window available
  for all parameters
• We were unable to achieve more then 10g pull
  force
• Now
• Still true, but good parameters found by Fabio
  Raimondo
• Overcome. We now get 12g as other centers w/
  Delvotec 6400.
