Early American Country Comedians Influenced The Development Of Stand-Up Comedy. American Humor Has Been Shaped By Augustus Baldwin Longstreet, Mark Twain, And Artemus Ward. Long-Drawn Stories And Allusions To Small-Town Life Were Not As Urban Or Caustic As The Comics Of Honore Daumier And Punch Magazine At These Times. Despite This, The Late 19th Century Saw The Development Of Stand-Up Comedy And A Shift In Its Performance Style.

America is the biggest hub of many things around the world. From Shoes to Electric Cars to Tech-Gadgets. You name it and America has it. America Mostly sets the trend for everything around the world. FRIENDS is one American Country Comedians that has been popular for decades now. And when this many people are coming here for chances to become stars and reach out to the world, the diversity and quality in the content are at another level.

Stand-up, at least in the form it is known today, is a fairly recent entertainment phenomenon. In the United States, where it developed first and reached its greatest popularity, old American stand-up comedians had their origins in the comic lecturers, such as Mark Twain. He toured the country in the 19th century. It began to emerge as populist entertainment in vaudeville in the early decades of the 20th century.
