Implementing Agreement but desire to participate
in the DRR Project. - Local Project Sponsors
- Third parties who wish to participate in the
project through their country ExCo member. - Global Sponsors
- Third parties who wish to participate the project
at the ExCo level.

Call to Action
- Propose key inputs to the Project through the
NARUC Committee processes. - Provide a forum to present the work of the
Project to NARUC members. - Offer an outreach to allow country participation
outside of the U.S. - Participate in U.S. Project Steering Committee
headed by DOE. - Encourage third party organizations from their
home states to participate in the project.
