- The Aorist Participle is formed from the
unaugmented aorist tense stems - It indicates an undefined action
- The aorist participle uses the participle
morphem nt in the active and passive, but men in
the middle - Use after to translate

- Use after and -ing to translate
- Example- after eating
4Formation of the Aorist Participles-
- The Aorist Participle is built on the Aorist
tense stems and uses the morpheme nt - Active (lu sa nt eV)
- Middle (lu sa meno i)
- Active (le qe nt eV)
- There is no augment
5Augment
- An augment is used in the Indicative Mood to
indicate past time. - The Indicative Mood indicates absolute past time.
- The participle DOES NOT indicate absolute past
time. - An augment IS NOT used in participles
