During the last yard period, one of four electric
kettles was removed from the galley. During a
zone inspection, the CO discovered the power
cable wasnt removed. The cable must be removed
and all cableways, stuffing tubes, and cable
transits restored. Work is scheduled to commence
at 1900 tomorrow.

5. Supervise
  • Enforce controls.
