1st RENAISSANCE common strategy on
dissemination/communication

• Settling-up of a  common strategy  between
  local communities of RENAISSANCE
• Content
• Both local plans on dissemination (ZAR)
  communication (GL) as a basis
• Establishment of common methodologies- guidelines
  on dissemination works
• Work method /To be done
• a draft plan on common strategy on
  communication/dissemination to be done by Grand
  Lyon gt exchanges with Ayto (and LOM ?) for
  finalisation.
• organisation of regular tel-conferences between
  local Leaders (GL Ayto.) to progress on this
  drafting
• Once finalised, to be published on RENAISSANCE
  website (Hespul)
• 5 other key-elements, to be included as part of
  common strategy on dissemination/communication
  (to be finalised by Jan.2008)
• Establishment of a protocol to centralise
  information on Dissemination activities of ALL
