Title: Civilization Strategy Cards

Civilization Strategy Cards
  • The Strategy Card Phase is conducted at the
    beginning of each turn.
  • One card is replenished or exchanged per turn.
  • Strategy Cards are not usually revealed until
    they are completed.
  • A few cards are kept until used and allow the
    player to Draw Another Card. These do not have
    to be revealed.
  • Most cards have an Objective and Reward
  • If the Objective is accomplished some time during
    the turn then it may be revealed during the
    Strategy Card Phase, replenished, and the Reward
    obtained.
  • Any unwanted card can be exchanged during the
    Strategy Card Phase but must have been held for
    at least one round.
  • Once a new era begins a player can only draw from
    the new deck.
  • If a card awards a resource to the player then an
    appropriate unused resource chit is placed on a
    city and counts toward potential trade and
    monopoly calculations.
  • The Spy Mission cards in the Modern Era require
    additional pieces (We use Laura Croft pieces from
    the card game)
