County Investment Overview
  • Annual Subsidy request
  • Annual Base Subsidy of 225,000 to include 3
discount for upfront payment. Total 218,250.00
  • Monthly Payor Security Fee (MPSF) with initial
annual cap of 300,000.00. This is a maximum
outlay. Should dynamics of market be less than
presented, County will realize much lower costs.
For example A 15 Uninsured Rate would equate to
    annual MPSF of only 146,250.00
  • Annual subsidy capped at 505,000 (205k base,
300k MPSF) in YR2-YR3 with clause protecting
significant shifts in costs associated with
    economy or reimbursement.
