Status

• Old draft-ietf-sipping-nat-scenarios was a
  hodge-podge of solutions
• ICE spec was meant to fix this
• Previous ICE rev had example use cases in back
• Use cases have now been moved into
  draft-rosenberg-sipping-nat-scenarios-01
• Would like the group to adopt this instead

Changes from ICE cases

• Added enterprise to enterprise case
• Involves two TURN servers
• New TURN Send request used to accomplish this
• Simplified Intra-enterprise case
• No longer using (and removed) TURN more-available
  feature
• Instead use two relays (w. ICE more the
  merrier)
• Discuss advanced enterprise case
• TURN server both inside and outside the nat
  easier firewall config
• Added v4/v6 transition cases
• Contributed by Gonzalo

Open Issues

• What other use cases would people like covered?
• Most technical issues are TURN related
• Making it work with TCP not there yet
• Consensus on making this a work item?
