About the Center

• International Science and Technology Center
  (ISTC) was established as a non - proliferation
  program by intergovernmental agreement of
  European Economic Community, the United States of
  America, Japan and the Russian Federation in 1992
• Since 1993, the ISTC is based in Moscow, Russia
• Canada joined to the ISTC in 2004

• The Partner Program is an opportunity to build
  Partnership with Russian and CIS top scientists

• The talented teams represent around 750 RD
  Institutes with 60,000 scientists in former USSR
