• The Guidance document will be posted to the
  OHCM website by mid-April. It covers
• Establishing standards at the Significantly
  Exceeds and Needs Improvement Levels
• Significantly Exceeds and Needs Improvement
  standards for the required performance elements
  and
• Evaluating performance objectively.
• Look for Guidance Document April 13, 2008.

Status of AFGE Negotiations

• The negotiation is at impasse.
• Mediation scheduled Friday, March 13.
• Next step of process is a binding decision
  (April-May)
• Covered employees will begin 5-levels ASAP 2008
  cycle (June-July)
