MIRRORS WITH MICROCHANNELS

• A plate in glidcop, with channels machined on it,
  is brazed on a substrate in glidcop. Dimensions
  of channels are between 1 mm to 2 mm width, and 5
  to 10 mm deep.
• Air guard is provided. Thickness between front
  surface and cooling 1 to 2.5 mm.
• Capacity up to 1 m length
• 5 to 25 channels
• Roughness lt 5 Å RMS
• Slope error lt 2.5 µrad RMS
• Cooling capacity up to 2 KW
• Possibility of incorporating a bender (4
  cylinder bender or U bender)
• Examples
• gt 100 mm length mirror width 10 mm, 200 W
• gt 1000 mm length mirror. 22 channels, 4 exit
  flanges for high power cooling. Cooling 2 KW.
