21Hold and Resume
- While on a call, press the Hold soft key
- To retrieve a call, press the Resume soft key
22Transfer a Call
- While on a call, press the Transfer soft key,
then dial the third partys number - When the third party answers, announce thecall,
press the Transfersoft key again, thenhang up - If the third party isbusy or unavailable,press
the EndCallsoft key, then pressthe Resume soft
keyto return to the first party
23Make a Conference Call
- While on a call, press the More soft key, then
the Confrn soft key, the first caller will
automatically be placed on hold - Dial the next partysnumber, when the nextparty
answers, press theConfrn soft key to add
thiscaller to the conference - Repeat the processto establish up tosix callers

- To answer an incoming call while on another call,
