• Workgroup Purpose
• A focused sub-group supporting US Postal
  Service PostalOne! team in developing strategies,
  activities, and processes to achieve
  complete support of electronic postage statement
  and payment processing for all classes of mail.

• Focus on the electronic process and its needs.
• Develop approach and construct specification for
  comprehensive electronic postage statement and
  payment processing.
• Include all stake-holders which the discussion
  demands.

• Specific Approach - Thus Far
• Two meetings and four conference calls focusing
  upon Standard Mail.
• Identified 17 specific "needs" required to foster
  a fully complete environment.
• Worked 8 "needs" to the point of describing
  what's necessary for complete functionality.
