Things to keep you fit
  • To keep fit you will need to do some exercise
    like tennis or maybe even swimming. Swimming is
    one of the best sports to do because you burn off
    a lot of fat while moving your arm muscles and
    leg muscles. You can treat your body to some
    lovely delicious healthy fruit or vegetables. If
    you have 5/five fruit a day you will be healthy
    in no time!!!

Anorexia
  • What is anorexia? It is a medical condition and
    its proper name is anorexia nervosa.
  • People with anorexia nervosa avoid eating and
    lose a lot of weight. They often feel fat, even
    when they are very thin.
  • They may use other ways of staying thin, such as
    taking laxative tablets (which is dangerous and
    makes you go to the toilet more often) or by
    doing too much exercise.
  • They can become very weak, and without special
    help some people with anorexia can die.

Bulimia
  • What is bulimia? It is also a medical condition
    and its proper name is bulimia nervosa.
  • People with bulimia eat lots of food (called
    binge eating) and then make themselves sick to
    get rid of what they've eaten.
  • People with bulimia may not look underweight and
    so can find it easy to hide their eating
    problems.
  • Binge eating and vomiting can eventually do
    serious damage to the teeth, heart, kidneys and
    muscles.

Eating problems
  • What are eating problems? Many children have
    problems with eating at some time in their lives.
  • These problems can range from not liking certain
    foods (which happens to most people), to serious
    eating problems which may come from medical or
    emotional troubles.

Body image
  • Your body image is very important you
    cant/shouldnt boast that your too skinny and
    you shouldnt say that your too fat. Everyone is
    skinny in their own way. If people tease you
    about your looks you should think for your self
    you decide if your fat just dont let anyone else
    decide for you go with what you think!

Treats!! yum, yum yum
  • If your one of those people who just cant put
    down the biscuit tin then you better listen to
    this. Most people in the UK get fat from treating
    them self's every single day! And if your one of
    them people just stop it now or carry on with
    your bad behaviour. You could-if you tried get a
    nice body shape again in less than 3 weeks.

sport
  • When you do sport you need to warm up first,
    other wise you could pull a muscle. For warm ups
    you could do any of these stretch up as high as
    you can or bend down and touch your toes, with
    out bending your legs.

  • Because fruit doesnt cost much!
  • Fruit is nice
  • And doesnt have any spice
  • Or mice
  • But it might have some lice!!
