• On target to meet 07 objectives (finance and
  organizational)
• As of August 2007 ISTO has achieved annual Net
  Surplus projection
• Increased marketing and business development
  activities in support of ISTO and its programs
  (revenue source)
• IT support continues to expand with integration
  of new applications and support.
• Three lines of business Program Management,
  Marketing, and IT (and Accounting and Finance)
• Increasing depth and experience of staff
  resources
• New Hires in Marketing, IT and Program Mgmt
• Training in Association Management and
  Administration
• 16 Staff Members with over 15 consultants and
  contractors engaged to support ISTO programs
• 3 additional new roles under development /
  recruitment

• Added one new program in 07
• LiMo Foundation (www.limofoundation.org)
  Motorola, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, Panasonic Mobile
  Communications, Samsung Electronics, and Vodafone
  established the LiMo Foundation to develop the
  Foundation Platform, a Linux-based, open mobile
  communication device software platform.
• Other programs and activities under discussion
  for initiation in late 2007
• Continued work with SA CAG Marketability Ad Hoc
  to co-develop a Conformity Assessment Program in
  support of IEEE Standards in collaboration with
  the SA.
