Use uncommon words
Use _between words (no spaces)
Use letters, numbers, or symbols (do not use /
\ )
Use at least 6 characters, but no more than 66.
Change your password frequently!
5Instructions for Changing Email Password
- Log in to webmail.
- Select Manage Your Account.
- You have to log in again using your full email
address and existing password. - Select manage my usernames and passwords.
6- Click Change MY PASSWORD.
- Enter your new password. Remember a password is
between 6 and 64 characters long and it can not
contain spaces or special characters. - Select submit. (You must click on submit for the
changes to be made.)

In the Thread View, mail can be sorted by sender,
date, or subject.

- Select mail to be deleted and place a check in
the box - Select delete in the upper right corner
- Purge the Trash
14Making A Folder
- Select Folders from the mail commands
- Name folder
- Click on Create
- Click refresh folder list
15Creating an Addressbook

- Open email
- Select Add to Addressbook

If the sender is already in the addressbook, then
Add to Addressbook is not an option.
17Creating Groups
- Add names to addressbook
- Select Options from mail commands
- Scroll down and select Address Groups
- Select Add New Members
- Select List All and check the members for the
group - Scroll to the bottom of the screen and name the
group and click Add

- Select browse to attach file
- Select ADD to attach the file
- Maximum of 5M
19Email Attachments
NEVER open an email attachment unless you have
specifically requested a file, even if you know
the sender.

Use your email account and remember to delete
your messages to free up server space.
