• Description crowding out analysis - especially
  historical timelines
• Reporting someone elses analysis
• Inadequate integration of ideas/formats/ opinions
  throughout the team
• Lack of polish, energy, interest

SUGGESTIONS

• Carefully determine and FOCUS on key issues, with
  appropriate tools/concepts
• Provide just enough description so audience can
  grasp the situation
• Center attention AT THE TIME OF THE CASE
• Paint a compelling picture
• Edit! Practice! Edit!
• Be ready to field (and ask) questions

SCORING guidelines

• Detailed outline to me THE DAY BEFORE your
  presentation - prominently acknowledge (in
  outline and presentation) any outside information
  used provide full citations
• Content - focused on analysis
• Clear, convincing, defensible conclusions

• Eye contact! Expression! Energy! Interest!
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Tight organization
• 20 minute presentation ( some QA)

• Attend TWO presentation days -
• - the day your team presents
• - one additional day to provide audience
• feedback for those presentations
• Complete a peer evaluation form
