18Call Record Using a key phone on the Plexus, a
user can assign a button on the phone as a Call
Record button. When this button is pressed
during a conversation, the voice mail will begin
recording. When the button is pressed a second
time, the voice mail will stop recording the
conversation and place the recorded message in
the users mailbox.
19TM
Live Call Screening (Answering Machine
Emulation) Using a key phone on the Plexus, a
user can assign a button as a Live Screening
button. When this button is active, the user
will be able to hear an outside caller leaving a
message in their mailbox. If they choose, the
user may pick-up the call at any point and be
connected to the caller.
