  • 50 Institutions (approx) 600 teachers
  • A number with MA and PhDs IN ELT but majority
    with no systematic teacher training
  • Mixed level of motivation among teachers
  • Need is to meet strategic importance of English
    across GOTEVOT programmes diversification
    skilled workforce
