    forward.

    Big/Big need a better crystal ball.

  • No set-asides no caveat to get in the door
    being well positioned as a small business does
    not mean you are well positioned as a large
    business in same market.
  • Big/Big businesses cautious of Small/Big

  • History not favorable to transitions.
  • Investment
  • Investment capacity not the same as Big/Big.
  • Investment requirements increase significantly
    (BD, Marketing, infrastructure, etc).
  • Must have right people in right place at right
    time.
  • IT investment for 1 year was more than entire
    investment 5 years ago.
  • BP targets require significant more investment.
