About Us

• From a store on NIBM Road, Pune in 2008, we sold
  musical instruments and taught music to those
  from around the neighborhood. By the grace of
  God, we were encouraged to open another store in
  Pune Camp and since then have become dealers of
  world-renowned brands. To further expand our
  portfolio, we ventured into MI Distribution and
  set up JAM WORKS a studio which provides
  budding musicians with a facility to play music
  professionally at their own pace. We have also
  started building our own brand of musical
  instruments and accessories.

SHIPPING POLICY

• DIVINE MUSIC will ship orders processed between
  Monday to Friday, placed and paid for before 6pm
  IST. All orders after the mentioned time will be
  processed the next business day. We do not ship
  on Saturdays and Sunday.
• All orders above Rs. 15,000/- and under 10kgs
  will be shipped at no extra cost. All orders that
  exceed 10kgs will be charged Rs.50/- per kg
  (North-Eastern States will be charged Rs.75/- per
  kg) no matter the total cost of the order.
• All orders are carefully inspected and packed by
  our staff before dispatch, and we ensure your
  product reaches you safe and secure.All orders
  come with free transit insurance.
• DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• All orders once dispatched usually take anywhere
  between 2 days to a week to reach their
  destination. We use courier companies which
  provide tracking information and keep you updated
  regarding the same after your placed order has
  been processed.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• All International customers are important to us
  and we make
• sure our packing withstands international
  transport channels. International orders will
  ship via EMS,FedEx and DHL. All tracking numbers
  will be emailed once the order is processed.
• International shipments are subject to import
  taxes and duties by the destination country upon
  receipt which is the sole responsibility of the
  buyer.
• Worldwide shipping may exclude a few brands,
  especially if the distributors are present in the
  country.
• Note All electronic equipment is sold under
  India power conditions and may require
  modifications or converters in other countries.
• IN STOCK
• Products in stock usually take up to 3 business
  days to ship we will send you an email with the
  tracking information as we process the dispatch.
• 2-3 WEEKS AVAILABILITY / SPECIAL ORDERS
• Please call or email us to confirm product
  availability, these products are either
  backordered or need 100 advance payment before
  the order is processed. Once you get a
  confirmation you can go ahead and place the
  order. Special orders may take up to 3 weeks for
  delivery time

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
