• Affiliated with American Pharmacists Association
  (APhA) at UCSF
• Mentoring program pairs undergraduate students
  with a mentor from UCSF SOP
• Provides opportunity to experience pharmacy
  school and explore pharmacy as a career

• 2 application forms APhA PhAMLI
• Membership dues 65
• Write check to APhA
• Turn in both application forms check
• Ask a PILLS officer for the address to which you
  send your completed form
• Deadline postmarked by October 1, 2008
