Thursday Oct 11th Jesus in the Temple At the
Bethesda baths St Anna Church 20 BC 200 m
further on Herod is building a temple. Here God
is building his Temple constructing Mary! God
does not live in a temple of stone, but in a
Temple of flesh and blood, who serves God. Herod
has been building like crazy with 10 000 workers
(mainly priests) during 70 yrs. It was the
largest construction yard of Ancient Times. God
builds in Mary a temple of humility His
building was able to provide a dwelling for the
Holy Spirit.For about 70 yrs, she was available
for the Lord on earth! We are also a temple of
the Holy Spirit as St Paul tells us. So we
should be a Temple like Mary, pure and available
for the Lord. Where men in great purity can be
available, only there God can radiate into the
world.

Bethesda means house of love, of mercy. St
Anna church is the best conserved church of the
Crusaders, as it was an Islam school for a long
time. It was given back to the Catholics by the
Sultan in the 19th century.

The Eucharist is there1. To adore God to
accept God as our Father together with all those
created and all who are in Heaven.2. To thank
God for all for creation, for protection, and
grace. Only in faith we can see it. Eucharist
means thanksgiving.3. For reparation of our
sins, of our parents, our children's, our
familys and those of the whole world. Every
minute, second has to be repaired.4. To pray for
everyone Jesus came to save the whole world.
Im the way, the truth and the life. Do not walk
in darkness.

When people know the truth in the Bible, they
change. We can change people, by changing
ourselves first, than the others. Thats why we
are Christians. Lets work hard! Read what Marc
wrote about the last Supper.What did Jesus give

2005.Jesus takes the bread and says This is My
Body, which I give to you. He did so a day later
on Calvary. He held the death of the next day in
His hands. It is a transformation bread
into His Body the next day hatred into
love. As it is impossible to man to transform
bread into body, so it is impossible to transform
hate into love.

In the Eucharist Jesus gives us this authority in
our hands. The priest transforms bread into
Jesus Body. Jesus does it through the priest.
If we allow Jesus to transform us, then we can
change hate into love. It is an unprecedented
power to transform something which no man can.
Let us bring all the hate in the world to the
altar in the H. Mass. Rediscover the power of
the Eucharist, which Jesus gave for the first
time.
