- Process by which an organization envisions its
future and develops the necessary procedures and
operations to achieve that future.(Goodstein et.
al., 1986) - A systematic way to manage change and create the
best possible future. (Sorkin, et. al., ND) - A disciplined effort to produce fundamental
decisions and actions that shape and guide what
an organization is, what I does, and why it
does it. (Bryson, 1988)
