NAVAIR Leadership Development Mentoring Program
Workshop Monday, , February 11th 1100 a.m.

and Donna Salmons-Belcher of the NAVAIR Career
Development Office will be presenting a two part
workshop that will address many questions and
myths associated with the NLDP application
process, program requirements and The NAVAIR
mentoring program.
The Origins of Multicullturalism Wednesday,
February 20th 1100 a.m. 100 p.m. Bldg 1489,
Room 102 Dr. Terell P. LaSane, Professor of
Psychology and Faculty Liaison for Diversity and
Academic Engagement, St. Marys College and Dr.
Patrick Allen, Chair, Professor of Social
Sciences, Human Services and Teacher Education
Department, College of Southern Maryland,
LaPlata, MD will discuss the Origins of
Multiculturalism and the strides that have
emerged since Carter G. Woodson laid the
foundation and movement to educate Americans
about cultural diversity.
All employees are encouraged to participate in
the events during Black History Month. Please

arrive early to guarantee seating. A SIGN
