- When the egg looks almost set but is still moist,
sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over the half of
the omelet. Lower down the flame to medium-low
and spread 1/3 cup of crab meat mixture prepared

spatula fold the unfilled half of the omelet over
the filled half. - Cook the omelet for a minute or so and then
gently slide it onto a plate. If desired, garnish
it with shrimp.
