  • Arthritis is probably the most common problem

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
reports that heart diseases are the second most

of stroke and heart diseases.

Respiratory Diseases is the fourth most common
cause of death among people aged 65 or older.

6. Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis can make anyone less mobile or
potentially disabled if there is any case of
fracture or vertebral body collapse. According to

estimated that 54 million Americans over age 50
are affected by osteoporosis. A small fracture
could put these affected people in high risk and
could be a reason for poor health and less
quality living.

7. Diabetes
Not much of introduction needed for this disease
as it is a significant health problem for the
older as well as the younger generation. Latest
