• What is NEA?
• NEA (Fast Attach) is a company that allows
  healthcare providers to transmit attachments
  needed for the processing of an insurance claim
  electronically which eliminates the need to
  submit the documentation through the postal
  service.
• NEA stores the documents on a secure website and
  sends confirmation to the participating insurance
  company letting them know that documentation is
  waiting for them to review. The documentation is
  not sent directly to the insurance company.
• Previous to version 13.00 of EagleSoft, offices
  utilized NEA Fast Attach as a stand-alone
  software product.

• What do I need to do to begin utilizing the NEA
  integration?
• You need to be submitting claims electronically
  to Emdeon/CPS through EagleSoft
• Contact an eBusiness Sales Representative at the
  Patterson Technology Center to enroll

• They submit the enrollment to NEA so you can take
  advantage of any promotions created for our
  customers
• NEA will contact you for the setup/instructions

• Additional NEA features
• NEA, in partnership with the National Association
  of Dental Plans (NADP) has developed a new
  program for dental providers called FastLook.
  FastLook was developed as a solution to the
  confusion dentists face surrounding which
  procedures require x-rays and attachments for
  adjudication of claims.
• The FastLook program gives providers one central
  place to view All payor attachment requirements.
  You do not need any special equipment to use
  FastLook all you need is Internet access.
  FastLook will enable you to perform a search by
  insurance company name and CDT code to see the
  specific attachment requirements, eliminating the
  need to mail unnecessary attachments.
• Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• No additional costs to NEA Fast Attach users
