• Plans and systems approach key to successful
  project completion
• Knowledge Management systems and tools generated

  generated great interest and showed there are
  different, effective approaches
• Ultimately, FI should feed into a vibrant and
  vigorous safety culture a key to this is being
  able to gauge and measure the state and health of
  the culture
