• Create the Research and Education Authority
  comprised of seven members two elected officials
  each from Port St. Lucie, Ft. Pierce and the
  County, as well as, one appointed by the
  Governor.

  education facility benefit assessment on real
  property. This assessment is only paid at the
  time real property is sold by either the
  purchaser or the seller to be negotiated at
  closing, which could be months or years into the
  future.
