    temperature data and Conduct Cost Benefit
    Analysis
  • Determine if retail automatic temperature
    compensation (ATC) makes economic sense for
    California

  • Report to include recommendations based on the

    temperatures throughout the state

  • CEC does not have complete equipment cost data
  • This has significantly delayed their work
  • Request to extend December 31 deadline has been
    granted
