  Counterdrug Orientation Course at NHQ CAP website
• offered twice a year Mar/Apr, Sep/Oct
• Certification
• if application approved, NOC sends counterdrug ID
  card to Wing Commander
• Wing commander is final approving authority
• Wing commander forwards ID card to you

• It is spotting the activity
• It is reporting the activity to law enforcement
• Others do surveillance
