1 2- In order to survive in todays tough competitive
environment, the managers of the modern firms
should have the capabilities such as - Planning the forthcoming movements,
- Acting flexible, and impetously reacting,
- Reaching the information needed easily and
fastly - And they should make their firms the learning
organizations that are better and more fastly
acting compared to their rivals.
3- In todays business environment, both the
employers and the managers must be more talented
and must have more knowledge compared to the
previous generations.
4- The most important skills required from a
contemporary manager are summarized as - Ability to accord to the changing conditions with
the information and skillshe/she gathered. - Ability to communicate with the environment and
to know at least one foreign language well. - Ability to reach to the information fast
- Ability to do rational comments (critiques)
- Quick thinking, making correct decisions, and
implicating the decisions taken - Problem solving and leadership.

management is - To educate managers who have the skills needed by

ability to react to the rapidly changing
