Board Election - Motion
  • Whereas the by-laws of ARCH specify, The Board
    shall consist of at least five and not more than
    7 elected Directors, and only one Associate
    Member may serve on the Board at the same time.
  • The Board recommends the Members consider and
    adopt the following motion
  • I move that..All seven candidates who have put
    forth their names at the 2005 Annual Meeting to
    serve on the ARCH Board be elected to the Board
    by verbal acclamation.

    Members meet their day-to-day management and
    problem solving challenges.

Procurement Support Committee
  • The Procurement Support Committee will
  • Leverage General Members experiences in
    procuring key services, including
  • Heating and A.C. Landscaping
  • Paving Trees
  • Sidewalks Decks and Fences
  • Roofing (Complete) Snow Removal
  • Painting/staining Windows and Doors
  • Develop a database of vendors/suppliers used by
    General Members with feedback from these users.
  • Develop a resource guide on what to ask for when
    procuring these goods or services.
  • Power is in the network.
  • Leverage Member network to achieve volume
    discounts, service and quality assurance, or
    other benefits for Members contracting for like
    services.
  • The Critical Dependency is Resources and
    Volunteers!

  • To have a lasting and substantive impact in the
    community ARCH must enlist and sustain the "grass
    roots" support and involvement of its Members.
  • The success of ARCH depends entirely on the
    willingness of its members to participate on ARCH
    committees.
  • We need your help!
