- Whereas the by-laws of ARCH specify, The Board
shall consist of at least five and not more than
7 elected Directors, and only one Associate
Member may serve on the Board at the same time. - The Board recommends the Members consider and
adopt the following motion - I move that..All seven candidates who have put
forth their names at the 2005 Annual Meeting to
serve on the ARCH Board be elected to the Board
by verbal acclamation. - Â

- Build a network of General Members that can
easily interact with one another to share
resources and ideas - Create a practical resource to help General
Members meet their day-to-day management and
problem solving challenges. - Provide support in three critical areas
- Governance and Administration
- Neighborhood Initiatives
- Procurement

- The Procurement Support Committee will
- Leverage General Members experiences in
procuring key services, including - Heating and A.C. Landscaping
- Paving Trees
- Sidewalks Decks and Fences
- Roofing (Complete) Snow Removal
- Painting/staining Windows and Doors
- Develop a database of vendors/suppliers used by
General Members with feedback from these users. - Develop a resource guide on what to ask for when
procuring these goods or services. - Power is in the network.
- Leverage Member network to achieve volume
discounts, service and quality assurance, or
other benefits for Members contracting for like
services. - The Critical Dependency is Resources and
Volunteers!

community ARCH must enlist and sustain the "grass
roots" support and involvement of its Members. - The success of ARCH depends entirely on the
willingness of its members to participate on ARCH
committees. - We need your help!
