Introduction
  • Disarmament is the act of reducing or depriving
    of arms, and as such is applicable to all
    weapons systems, ammunition and explosives,
    including nuclear, chemical, biological,
    radiological and conventional systems

    needs to be comprehensive, effective, efficient
    and safe
