  simple facts, details, examples, and
  explanations excludes extraneous and
  inappropriate information uses structure such as

  differences uses several sources of information
  and provides a concluding statement

  writing
• Lead a 3rd grade elementary student with
  learning disabilities through a lesson on
  writing
• Purpose of composition
• Write a story about a favorite thing you did with
  your family OR
• Write an explanation of how to do something that
  you know how to do well
• Type out you lesson plan (notes) and bring a
  copy to turn in as you enter class
• You will have 10 minutes to prepare and 20
  minutes for the lesson
