What is ims?

• Software tool used throughout DQA-FF to manage

Stage 2b Surveillance Planning

• All surveillance activities are planned against a

• A standard set of activities called Global
  Activity Tasks (GATs) created to cover most
  areas of AQAP2110 and AQAP2070
• This assists with read-across and efficiency of
  surveillance
• If more than one task uses the same GAT the
  potential for read-across or a single
  surveillance activity covering all tasks can be
  identified
• Text can be customised if required
