Aim of workshop

• The main aim of the workshop is to initiate the
  full participation of the new partners in the
  ECOLEAD-project
• Expectations on the new partners
• to represent a collaborative networked
  organization (CNO)
• network of organization,
• virtual organization
• professional virtual community
• - to carry out the role of end-users for ECOLEAD
  solutions
• to plan the demo scenarios in collaboration with
  the ECOLEAD consortium
• to perform the demonstrations collaboratively
  each with its own CNO
• - to participate actively in the ECOLEAD project
  and perform all the partner duties.
• Main objectives
• to create a set of illustrative demonstrations
• to support and promote the impact creation
• and increasing of public awareness of CNO
  solutions
• to discover approaches and methodologies for
  successful use of ECOLEAD results
• to support ongoing and future work, by giving
  feedback about ECOLEAD results
• to identify further challenges

Preliminary plan for participation

• The new partners are supposed to participate in
  the RTD work related to the demonstration
  planning in the technical work-packages
  (wp2,3,4).
• This work is also assumed to give an insight in
  the prototypes to be demonstrated.

Administrative issues

• Contract
• Documents and cpfs to be checked by the
  commission
• Contract amendment in connection with the
  up-date of the plans for M25-
• can be submitted after the review
• in force before the end of the summer
• Funding
• Prepayment to M30, when contract achieved
• Ca 80 of planned funding
• Following payment (to M42 or 48?) end of summer?
